MEET THE COACH – Executive Coaching

Aimee Broadhurst is a Certified Professional Co-Active coach (CPCC), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and served as a charter member of the ICF committee on Internal Corporate Coaching. She received her training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Aimee has been coaching for over 11 years and brings a wide range of work and life experience to her coaching. Her various areas of expertise include communications, public relations, team building and training & development. Aimee is passionate about people and their capacity for change and transformation. She works with individuals either face to face or via the telephone. By using tools such as shadow coaching, 360-degree feedback, and StrengthsFinders, Aimee partners with leaders and executives to help them not only with respect to their own goals and fulfillment but also on how they can best support and coach the associates they manage.
